The monthly practice calendars give you a chance to transform the various video lessons into a “dance class” format three times per week.
There are three parts to each practice: First a full body warm up and a particular technique warm up (marking, upper body or footwork) for all levels. Then a particular technique class with options for Beg/Int and Int/Adv levels..
There’s a different class for Monday, Wednesday, Friday and they are repeated throughout the month. Total time should be about 30-40 minutes each.
Why repeat the weeks rather than have a different class each day? So, you can make measurable progress! Take notes after each session and notice how you improve!
Examples:
- Started the month being able to do rolling golpe only at 90bpm. Ended the month being able to go to 120bpm.
- Started the month being able to do the marking step only with my hands on my hips. Ended the month being able to add arms comfortably.
SO TAKE NOTES!!
The regular group challenge is added as a bonus! These are for experienced dancers (advanced beginners through advanced), with options for most.
New Beginners have two different calendars that run for 6 weeks each.
